Ok, so I haven't been very good about keeping up with my log. Here's hoping it gets better. Of course, the running needs to get better as well. Last week was about 15 miles of running, and 20km of cross-country skiing. Had a bit of a cold, which seems to have cleared up, though, so I should be able to get a few more miles in this week. Hopefully. I need to put a few races on the calendar. The only thing I have right now is a half marathon in June. That's a long way off, and not great for the motivation. Since returning from the very long injury layoff, though, motivation to race has been hard to come by. Right now I'm just enjoying the scenery, and enjoying being able to run again. Truthfully? That's not so bad... |
